Warwick Leadlay Gallery

The Warwick Leadlay Gallery is the unofficial home of Nelsonology in Greenwich.

Set across two shops either side of the appropriately named Nelson Arcade at the south side of Greenwich Market, the gallery specialises in  fine art and vintage maps of London and the Thames. The spirit of Nelson pervades the gallery’s atmosphere with echos of him, or stories connected to him, visible at almost every turn.

Look out for wall-mounted copies of Nelson’s life mask and his funeral hatchment .

The gallery celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2014 and is owned by Anthony Cross, a celebrated expert on all things Nelson and, indeed, Greenwich.
